By using the Vizigo app you agree to these terms.
Vizigo is a travel guide that provides country information, visa and entry information, emergency numbers, places to visit and trip plans. Information is compiled from official and openly licensed sources; information whose source cannot be verified is not shown or is marked as "not verified".
You can also use the app without signing in; an account is needed to save plans and invite a group. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secret. You can close your account at any time under Profile → Delete my account.
The free plan has some limits. The Trip Pass is a one-time purchase, linked to a single trip and valid for at most 30 days; the people you invite can use the pass features on that trip. Yearly Explorer is valid on all trips for one year. There is no monthly subscription. Payments and refunds follow the rules of the app store you purchased from. Prices are shown on the purchase screen.
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, disrupt the service or try to access other people's data. You should add only the people you invite to group plans.
Visa, entry, customs and health rules can change without notice. The information in the app is for guidance only and does not replace the decisions of official authorities. See the Disclaimer for details.
The app's design and software belong to us. Third-party data is used under its own licences (Profile → Sources and licences).
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made based on information in the app, for being refused entry at a border, for missed flights or for indirect damages. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
We may update these terms; we will announce important changes in the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live are not affected.
